Is there a monthly fee?+
No. The Google Review System costs £29 as a one-off payment. The £29/month Review Management service is completely optional.
Do I need the £29/month service?+
No. Your physical Google Review System continues working without the monthly service.
What do I get for £29?+
We configure, install and test your Google Review System, including the physical QR/NFC review point.
How does a customer leave a review?+
They scan or tap the review point and are taken to the configured Google review experience, where they can choose to leave genuine feedback.
Can you guarantee more reviews?+
No. Customers decide whether to leave a review. The system is designed to make the process easier and reduce unnecessary friction.
Can I only ask happy customers?+
No. The system should be used to request honest reviews from genuine customers, without selectively preventing unhappy customers from leaving feedback.
What does the monthly service include?+
Monitoring, assisted replies, alerts, a monthly reputation report, Google Business Profile checks and competitor monitoring.
Do I give Pulse Star Labs my Google password?+
No. Any connection uses Google's official authorisation process. You should never provide us with your Google password.
How long does installation take?+
Most installations are designed to be quick and straightforward. We'll confirm what's required when arranging your visit.
